The Purchaser shall notify OPWC immediately by certified mail addressed to OPWC at 7820 S. State Route 48, Maineville, Ohio 45039, of all claims brought against the Purchaser for which OPWC may be liable; and OPWC shall notify the Purchaser immediately by certified mail addressed to the Purchaser at the address of shipment of all claims brought against OPWC for which the Purchaser may be liable.
