We just our system installed which entailed the whole house water filter and softener.  

Jean was super helpful in placing the order and ensuring the proper units/valves were built.  Charlie was amazing with his patience fielding all of our questions and stepping us through the programming.

 We will be ordering another unit for our other house.

I want to start by saying I do not do install water softeners, purification or Stenner systems for a living. I’m in the tech industry.

With that being said it was hard to fail after reading the instructions laid out by CK. He was able to walk me through the entire process and let me know what to do and what not to do.

The service provided by Ohio Pure Water was impeccable. You really do not see this level of service anywhere, any more - and it was a pleasant change.

In addition the prices of the products were great and CK was able to work with me to figure out what I needed and what I did not.
