Thank you for all your advice, I heeded 80% of it and applied the other 20% as foundational knowledge and as practicality allowed. I purchased the Morton Pure you recommended, and thanks again for taking care of the ResUp kit. I've included a picture of your nice product in our 100 year old ugly basement.

I want to start by saying I do not do install water softeners, purification or Stenner systems for a living. I’m in the tech industry.

With that being said it was hard to fail after reading the instructions laid out by CK. He was able to walk me through the entire process and let me know what to do and what not to do.

The service provided by Ohio Pure Water was impeccable. You really do not see this level of service anywhere, any more - and it was a pleasant change.

In addition the prices of the products were great and CK was able to work with me to figure out what I needed and what I did not.
